Sometimes search engines rank websites on the SERPS without considering external factors, just on-page SEO.

Now it’s understood that the site can easily rank when on-page SEO has appropriately implemented the question now is that how do you implement on-page SEO and set up your website for SEO success?

This is the thing which I want to show you today.

Firstly what’s on-page SEO?

It is the process of optimizing web pages for faster and their rankings on the search engines for more organic traffic.

SEO strategies you use on your site for rankings on search engines without considering external factors such as link building, etc. are known as on-page SEO.

On-page SEO is broad in scope, so to practice on-page SEO, there are a lot of factors to consider and a lot of work to be done.

From publishing high-quality content to optimizing headlines, writing quality meta tags, and descriptions to increasing your website expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness (EAT), on-page SEO is undoubtedly a lot of work.

Here, however, I’ll show you all today on-page SEO in the most natural way without having to stress yourself out.

To achieve maximum success with on-page SEO, make sure the following was done correctly on your website.

1. Create Great Content:

Content is king they say, but is content king?

No!

Great content is king. Before starting any SEO campaign, it’s important to put relevant content on your website.

Google ranks you from your content, and a well-optimized content will potentially rank better than a poorly optimized content in the SERPS.

2. Write well optimized and compelling headlines:

8/10 people will read your headline on average, but only two would click through to read the rest of the article.

The chances are that if your headline is not compelling enough, you could miss out on those two.

Also, company headlines that are not well optimized for SEO are almost useless. How would you optimize your headline for SEO?

To optimize your helplines for SEO, you should research your keywords and insert your target keyword in the headline. By this, it will make it easier for Google to know what your article is all about from the headline, thereby pushing it up the SERPs.

However, writing misleading headlines may incur negative reviews from the audience and signal Google to de-rank a website.

3. Optimize your heading tags

Your heading tags are Impala places to place your keywords. Placing your focus keyword and all other relevant keywords in your heading tag increase your chances of ranking in Google.

Your heading tags are the H1-H6 HTML tags that appear than regular text. If you could use it properly, it can significantly improve your rankings. If you use it otherwise, your SEO campaign is in jeopardy.

4. Optimize your images:

Images are a crucial part of SEO. Inside document for SEO without consideration of image SEO is wasting. Time is because image optimization is a significant factor in the Google search engine.

For image optimization, it’s essential to make sure every image uploaded to the website has an ALT description. Because search crawlers can’t see pictures, they rely on the ALT descriptions to make any sense of images.

To write a perfect ALT description for an image, describe it as you would describe the image in person. For example, ” a smiling woman with a black watch.”

Also, include keywords in ALT text as it increases the chances of ranking.

Writing a caption for an image is also helpful, but not as essential as an ALT text. Just make it descriptive and use essential keywords in specific places; it’s just fine.

5. SEO Writing:

SEO writing is the act of producing articles that search engines love to rank. Once upon a time, writing for SEO involves just keyword research and filling the blanks.

Today, your content is put up against many search factors before it considered for the ranking.

For writing to have maximum impact on SEO, be sure to have content that gathers lots of engagements and social shares.

Writing longer posts also help you rank easily, although Google has not declared it as a factor.

6. Optimize for speed:

Nobody likes a speedy website; even Google doesn’t.

Doing SEO on a slow website is tantamount to pouring water into a basket.

To speed up your site, compress your images, use a simple theme, use a faster server, enable browser caching, and minimize redirects.

You can use Cloudflare to optimize the speed of your site. Then check your site speed on Google’s PageSpeed Insights.

7. Optimize for mobile:

60% of internet users access the internet through a mobile phone. Because of this, Google recently announced webpages would be ranked based on their mobile versions.

This means, if your site is awful on mobile, you’ll rank very low on search engines.

It’s time to optimize your mobile pages to give your rankings a boost. Make sure that the buttons are large enough for big fingers (like mine), and the mobile version is just as speedy as the desktop version.

Use AMP for better Mobile Experience on your website.

Conclusion.
You see why you still find it challenging to rank on Google, despite your keyword research skills and Backlinks expertise.
Go for on-page SEO and come to share your testimony of #1 ranking on Google search.
